Welcome to CampShop (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, including all orders, interactions, and subdomains (collectively, “CampShop”).
By using CampShop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Use of the Site
You agree to use CampShop only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use CampShop in any way that violates local, state, federal, or international law
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the site
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Use automated scripts to collect data or interact with the site
2. Accounts and Orders
To place an order, you may be asked to provide accurate contact, shipping, and billing information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
3. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of order.
We use third-party payment processors to handle all payments. By placing an order, you agree to their terms and conditions.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or fees that may be incurred during shipping.
4. Shipping and Fulfillment
Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping times may vary based on your location, selected shipping method, and fulfillment volume.
You will receive tracking information when your order ships. Please allow time for your shipment to arrive. Delivery delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns or replacements only for defective or misprinted items. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, along with photos of the issue.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or style preferences. Size guides are available on product pages to assist you before purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on CampShop—including text, images, product designs, logos, and trademarks—is owned by or licensed to CampShop and protected under intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any CampShop content without our express written permission.
7. Storefronts for Camps
CampShop offers custom storefronts for camps to sell branded gear. While we provide backend support, product creation, and fulfillment services, individual camps may provide branding assets and approve final designs.
CampShop is working on the ability for camps to set prices on individual products. Until then, pricing is managed by CampShop. Payouts are issued monthly via check or ACH transfer. Sales reports are shared monthly and available on request.
Camp representatives are responsible for ensuring any submitted logos or content comply with applicable trademark, copyright, or brand use guidelines.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CampShop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or delivery delays.
CampShop’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CampShop, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of CampShop constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
